About Me

I paint with watercolors either on paper or on aquabord. My second medium of choice are soft pastels. 

My favorite subjects are living creatures. In other words I love painting people and animals. Still life and en plein air - not so much. 

I'm a self taught artist living in the suburbs of Atlanta with my husband, two daughters and a cat. 

My portrait of Carla Bruni was featured in Hemispheres magazine. 

I have an MBA. I worked as an accountant for 15 years and painted either at night or at any time that I could, until I finally decided to take a dive and become a "real artist".
